Single-glazed, two-part aluminium profile designed for use as a base and wall channel, measuring 30 mm in width and 25 mm in height. The system is constructed from two components—the 30-chair and 25-bead—allowing for quick and straightforward installation. This 30 mm aluminium U-channel provides a combination of strength, flexibility, and long-term durability, making it particularly suitable for glass partition installations.
The profile is fitted with a pre-inserted Q-Lon acoustic seal and accommodates glass thicknesses from 15 mm to 19 mm, delivering excellent sound insulation performance. As part of the complete 30 mm aluminium frame system, the 30-2P section is supplied in 3000 mm lengths and is fully compatible with the full range of 30 mm profiles.
This aluminium U-profile is ideal for creating robust, sleek single-glazed installations and can be used across a variety of architectural applications, including glass partitions and modern door systems.
Available in RAL 9005, 9010, 9006, and 7016. Bespoke colours are available on request (POA).
